After covering the roles of Treasury Mgr. and Financial Controller, I was appointed as Finance Director of the Italian subsidiary of a multinational British group. During the over ten years spent in this job I had the opportunity to widen the breath of my experience becoming responsible of additional roles such as Customer service, Logistics, Human Resources and IT (analysis, assessing and implementation of new ERP, definition of Networking requirements, Voip platform etc.) while expanding my involvement in some key Commercial areas such as analysis and definition of the policy from tenders up to Sales Orders’ approval.My fluent English as well as a decent knowledge of the French language helped me developing strong human relationship and excellent cooperation with all management levels.I feel deeply involved in the Company activities and while sharing its strategies, I drive my team offering them both a point of reference and a supportive mate willing to roll up her sleeves and be fully involved – whenever necessary – in the operative problem solving.After a long carrier in Acal and as a result of a merger, I’ve been made redundant on October 2010. In January 2011, I first joined a medium Insurance broker Company and , later on, in February 2012, I was appointed as Financial Controller of the Italian branch of a large German Holding which deals in knifes, pans & kitchen tools: I am in charge of all daily and monthly requirements (accounting, salaries, collection, reporting, IDL for YE consolidation, Financial Statements and audit process) Over 2014-2015 I have fully supported the implementation of SAP with the main specific local requirements: this has been fruitfully completed.
