I started my career as a working student in Avito - top-1 russian advertisements platform. My team was focused on developing the secondary real estate section of the website. One of our main projects was “Domoteka” which provided reports about real estate objects to buyers. It was a valuable experience - not only did I make my first production-ready code, but also gained knowledge on how to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.After getting my Master's degree, I joined Ozon, the biggest Russian e-commerce. My team tackled various tasks, like making it easy for new partners to join and improving how we check courier vehicles. As part of Ozon's recently created team, I also helped shape our coding style, project setup, and implemented best practices. I also got my first experience as a mentor for a working student. After six months of internship under my supervision he was promoted to junior dev.Recently I moved to Hamburg and now I'm working in encentive. What defines me? I'm all about getting things right, being responsible, and paying attention to details. Learning is my thing – I'm curious and I like to share what I learn. I'm not shy about asking questions or suggesting better ways of doing things. Ready to take on new challenges, I'm excited for what comes next!
