I had the distinct privilege of taking a career hiatus to concentrate on renovating and expanding my rental properties in Johnson City, TN. This endeavor encompassed not only the physical renovation of the properties but also the creation of custom paintings inspired by our stunning mountain ranges. These enhancements transformed the units into art galleries featuring works available for sale.As a result, both of my units have achieved a position within the top 10% of listings in the area, and I have proudly maintained Super Host status for nearly two years.
