Complete / Control / Archive import and export documents.- Prepare necessary documents for importing goods such as: Contract, Invoice,Packing list.- Check the suitability of customs clearance documents such as: Contract, Invoice,Packing list, C/O, B/L- Keep import records in accordance with the company's regulations.Customs clearance- Contact logistics parties, partners ... to clear goods.Control debt of logistic partnersResponsible for the work support, administrative tasks, procedures of the import- export team and relevant departments
