This position entails proactively monitoring sales performance, conducting in-depth analysis of business data, and formulating strategic sales strategies to achieve or surpass targets. Additionally, it requires ensuring compliance with visual merchandising and operational guidelines, and serving as the primary contact to handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly and effectively.This role also entails collaborating closely with the marketing team to strategize and plan content for PMC KL, while also serving as the primary liaison for coordinating store-organized events and activations.

This position entails supporting comprehensive stock management functions, encompassing stock processing, inventory storage optimization, and meticulous coordination of inventory movements across internal and external channels. Additionally, it involves delivering exemplary customer service by promptly addressing online inquiries and resolving order-related issues to uphold customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the role includes contributing to the seamless execution of on-ground and retail events to bolster brand presence and foster meaningful customer engagement.

Assist on day to day basis in constructing 3D digital model using sketch-up. Was involved in 4 on-going developing projects including assisting in interior designing. Was exposed to the project management in each project and has multiple site-visitation during the period of construction.

Assist with duties in other areas of the store, such as monitoring fitting rooms or bagging and carrying out customer's items while handling day to day cash flow. Was named employee of the month in January and February.
