My goal is to ensure that theparticipants are fully prepared to use what they have learned in the classroom todrive change back at their organizations.In my role, I am responsible for the overall direction and implementation of the program. I've launched numerous customer service and / or marketing departments from the ground floor. Most recently, I helped launch a healthcare start up and an education start-up. I also built the first concerted sales and marketing effort in a 7-state area for an environmental company. My B2B sales career is preceded by more than a decade of public relations and marketing experience, including 2.5 years as the Deputy Director of Communications for a state agency.
