Senior Assistant Manager
CurrentIn my role as Senior Assistant Manager in 15MW waste heat Power Plant and 25.6MW Solar Power ant, I am responsible for overseeing Operation, Planning and Projects Management, ensuring efficient operations, and driving key initiatives that align with the company’s goals. My key responsibilities include, 1. As the second to the Head of Department (HOD) for Plant Operations and Planning, I play a pivotal role in assisting the HOD with the overall management and strategic planning of plant operations.2. As the second to the Head of Department (HOD), I am responsible for coordinating with the production department to ensure the efficient utilization of waste hot gases while maintaining power plant operations within safe limits.3. I manage staff duties to optimize plant operations by leading a skilled team, assigning tasks effectively, developing shift schedules, and providing training to trainees, to ensure efficient, safe, and continuous plant performance4. I am responsible for completing and managing all documentation for both the 15MW Power Plant and the 25.6MW Solar Plant.5. Overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.6. Assisting in the development and execution of short and long term planning using SAP, to ensure smooth operation of the plant.7. As an Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance Leader, I oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.8. As per plant requirements, modification in DCS system to improve plant operation (Supcon Visual Field Software).9. In addition to my primary responsibilities, I also serve as the Lead Engineer for the 25.6MW Solar Power Plant, where I oversee all aspects of maintenance, operations, and strategic planning.
