* Participating in conference calls/management meetings to discuss progress, results and sales forecasts* Responsible for managing the transfers and transfer trackers from all the CK stores and outlets* Inspiring staff, ensuring targets are reached and keeping abreast of competitors products/special offers* Involved with mystery shopping requirements and providing training through interaction and role plays* Driving profits, exceeding KPI’s and assisting with the interview process for new potential staff* Planning staff rotas, devising incentives, conducting individual performance reviews and team targets* Interfacing with the store manager to resolve issues and ensure smooth everyday business operations* Rolling out staff training on product knowledge and promoting company values via knowledge sharing* Taking regular pictures of the shop floor and uploading these to the company website
