During my career, although my last title was that of an "ERP Analyst", I played the role of Project Manager/Business Analyst. Started out as a Programmer/Consultant early in my career. I've led upgrades, integrations and software evaluations. I would be excited to be a lead in a software migration project and equally excited at the prospect of being a Project Manager. I think it is rewarding to successfully complete projects and feel a sense of accomplishment. Having an analytical mindset, being very detailed, knowing how to connect with people and being well organized make me a perfect fit for a PM role. I also have quite a bit of technical know-how as I was a programmer for many years. So, skills like testing, business requirements, functional requirements, design specs, reverse engineering, debugging, metadata, data scrubbing are second nature to me. In addition, I have skills that can help the business side of things, like proficiency in SQL queries, Excel, Word, etc. Also curious by nature and because I love to be challenged, my journey to learning and growing only continues with time. As you can see, I have a lot of experience, but what sets me apart from others, is my ability to connect with people, my enthusiasm for improvement, my drive for perfection, and my loyalty. I am both a leader and a team player because empathy and encouragement are my tools of choice.CERTIFICATIONS: Currently working on my PMP certification. Certified Agile ScrumMaster as of July 2021.
