At JOA I was responsible to assemble, disassemble, and ship Diaper machines that were shipped all over the world. These machines were not only big but complicated. I am currently assigned to build automated forklifts for Proctor & Gamble, Gideon Brothers, and Georgia Pacific’s unmanned warehouses. Job duties are as followed:· The ability to understand schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications· Assemble mechanical/pneumatic equipment for the AGV’s.· Know and apply the best mechanical assembly practices with respect to mechanical and pneumatic systems and ensure the quality of work meet Infinity’s expectations.· Operate onsite machinery and maintain my certifications.· Perform routine housekeeping necessary to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facility.· The ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and cutting equipment without incident.· Maintained a strong working knowledge of job sites safety.· The ability to palletize and ship equipment.

At NPS I was the only 3rd shift Maintenance Technician. I was responsible for the operation of 8 Paper converting machines as well as various smaller machines. Some of my job duties are as followed:· Daily Preventative Maintenance on all Paper Converting Machines.· Install, repair and maintain all machinery such as conveyor systems, hydraulic equipment, pneumatic equipment, compressors, chillers, dryers.· Troubleshoot electrical and PLC problems on equipment.· Conduct general facility upkeep.· Complete documentation on repairs and preventative maintenance.· Maintain and adhere to all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.· Perform routine housekeeping necessary to maintain the cleanliness and safety of facility.· Assists in machine start-ups and changeovers.· Operate machinery to cover absences or training periods.

· Complete mechanical repairs and makes adjustments as needed on 500 ton presses, conveyors, furnaces, etc.· Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery as assigned.· Successfully troubleshoot mechanical problems.· Complete welding and fabrication tasks.· Accountable for entering data into maintenance system timely and accurately.· Maintain a clean and safe work area.· Other duties as assigned
