As Managing Director, I am accountable for all aspects of Fidelity’s products & services for plan sponsors, as well as their satisfaction with Fidelity’s products & services offering. In collaboration with HR, Benefit and Treasury partners, I lead the team in the design and delivery of innovative and competitive benefit strategies and point solutions that meet the evolving needs of plan sponsors and their employees. I anticipate customer needs and business challenges and serve as an advocate to help engage employees, so they are focusing on their financial well-being and preparing for retirement.
