Transformation of learning spaces at Nordstrandskolen.Spatial and behavioral analysis of students and teachers in their daily learning spaces in the original school building from the 1970s. Research of the indoor environment, light conditions, acoustics and experienced atmosphere using qualitative field research methods and user involvements workshops. Execution phase with transformation of specific learning spaces. Design consultancy on furniture design in cooperation with Lekolar and Alpha Akustik. Introducing spatial interventions that positively impact and inspired students and teachers in learning situations. Design of over all spatial color and material strategy for Nordstrandskolen.

Freelance Textile Designer at a weaving and tailor workshop in Dar Es Salaam. Design of collection of textiles in handwoven local Tanzanian cotton. Development of textile techniques, properties and material performance, textures and colors.Close cooperation and training of the weavers, color-dyeing specialists and tailors. Founder and member of Holdbar, a group of young designers based in Denmark. The group presented "Dont't Run Out", a curated exhibition at Paris Design Week 2015. Strategic and conceptual development of furniture designed for recycling. A sustainable furniture concept based on a circular economic business model.

The majority of all projects required my interdisciplinary approach and set of skills within sociological analyses, market and industry analysis, communication and branding strategy, design process and innovation management. Working in close co-operation with the strategic team, the research team, and the executing design team. Demonstrated that my interdisciplinary background and expertise in business and sociology provide great and unexpected value to the company and clients. Took part in service design projects, delivering practical applicable solutions that accommodate the needs of our clients (both private and public organizations), with a innovative and productive mindset. Was responsible for organizing, analysing and presenting data from interviews, desk research and workshops and contributed with organizational sociological knowledge and a professional methodological approach.Took charge in planning social events and spreading an atmosphere in the office, while setting new standards for the general intern program. Identified market changes, future trends and areas of new opportunities in order to implement the internal brand communication strategy on social media. Worked on a broad range of assignments across sales, marketing and professional services/consulting teams, as well as on specific tasks from the executive team. In the business unit Economics, Management and Planning I was assigned to assist the Webmaster on an extensive project to redesign and rewrite COWI's Danish and international website. Working in the SharePoint software MOSS2007, my job consisted of creating pages, adding new text, coping selected contents to the new sites, selecting appropriate photos and, not least to keep track of the contributions received from technical writers and ensuring that the structure was adhered to. I also translated several service and project descriptions from Danish to English and vice versa. I provided similar web assistance to the business unit Water and Environment and Major Bridges. Working with web communication has helped me gain an understanding of how it affects corporate identity.I also assisted the Communication and Knowledge Management department with quality assurance and approval of pages on all of COWI's six major websites, and has provided web support for the organization's local web editors.

My work as a student assistant in the department of Evaluation, Communication and Organisation included updating forecast models and working with a number of databases. I credited and edited an Excel database for a survey on Danish research projects, coordinated Outlook databases on a EU project on European Green Capitals and conducted telephone and email interviews in English, Spanish and German.
