I was born in year 1995 which means I am 27 this year. My work experience started as young as 16 years old. Starting my working journey as a part-time crew at McDonald’s Damansara Damai before i quit and further my Diploma in Medical Assistant at PICOMS for 3 years. During my Diploma, I have been to various hospitals & clinics for practical subjects. In 2016, I have successfully graduated and registered as an Assistant Medical Officer by Malaysian Board of Medical Assistants. As I finished my Diploma, I applied a job at Life Saving Professional Academy Sdn Bhd (LSPA) which located in Puchong, Selangor. Starting my career as an Assistant Trainer, I made pretty massive improvement in the company and got promoted to Lead Trainer within 6 months and keep on developing myself by learn from other senior trainers, took advice from them and do exactly what they taught me. Throughout 3 years of service in LSPA, I have achieved many things such as got my certificate as a trainer by HRDF, promoted to Senior Trainer, possessed a certificate of Business English Language Proficiency from University of Malaya and got myself involved as an spokeperson in an episode of Safety documentary, Alert! a TV program by TV3. After that, I was so eager to try something new. Then I decided to leave LSPA and go to AEON Credit Service as a Customer Service Representative because its been my career path where i got to learn and adapt new skills in my journey. I love what I’m doing and I’m gonna keep that way!
