I am currently a Director in the Economic & Social Advisory team at Urbis; supporting public value clients across Australia. To May 2024 I was Director, Organisational Performance at Essential Services Commission with responsibility across People and Culture, Finance, IT, Governance & Risk, Information Management and Business Support, leading a Corporate Services team. The ESC regulates energy, water, local government, transport and energy efficiency sectors. Formerly the Chief Operating Officer at VGSO, the Victorian Government’s trusted legal advisor, servicing Departments, Victoria Police and public entities. I’m active as a volunteer in my local community, in school, junior sporting and emergency management; a mentor within the public sector - as well as a board member at Carers Victoria and historically Carers Australia. I had over fifteen years experience as a management consultant and remain passionate about ensuring that I work with stakeholders to deliver public value. I have undertaken a range of management consulting roles in both the public and private sectors, for major projects in the UK and Australia, and have a proven track record at operational, tactical and strategic levels of organisations.My breadth of experience across the Public Sector encompasses work for multiple state government departments, emergency service organisations, authorities, public entities and local government.
