I’ve worked as a full-time psychodynamic therapist in Chicagoland for 10 years. Currently, I practice with individuals, couples, families of varying ages and backgrounds, and provide group therapy for men. I have experience as an inpatient therapist, school social worker, educator, group facilitator, and organizational consultant.I offer assessment and referral for psychotherapy to help with a number of challenges, including:- difficulty maintaining relationships- emotions affecting body regulation or function (physical pain, sleeping, eating) - difficulty meeting deadlines- frequent disappointment and irritability- low motivation, and procrastination- loneliness, frequent sadness, or emotional withdrawal- feelings of emptiness, hollowness or meaninglessness
