• Developing Communication Strategy and Plan: Design and implement comprehensive communication strategies & plans for multiple products (luxury residential projects) by coordinating with marketing teams, sales team, agencies, vendors and other stakeholders to accurately reflect the product positioning as well as achieve business goals• Content Creation and Curation: Lead the creation of compelling and targeted contents for various platforms such as brochures, press release, PR articles and social media posts, tailored to resonate with different audiences.• Digital Communication and Social Media Management: Oversee the online presence of various projects, including website content and social media platforms. Develop social media content calendar to align with the overall communication plan.• Public Speaking Coordination: curating narratives for the company’s representatives at public events, ensuring the content aligns with the company's messaging, values, and objectives • Media relations: maintaining close, productive relationships with journalists through events, addressing media requests, hosting press briefings, pitching exclusive interview sessions• Budget Management: Manage the communications budget for different projects, ensuring effective allocation of resources.• Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging professional development.• Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as design, project development, sales, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach and alignment of messaging.

• Media relation: build, maintain, and leverage relationship with journalists to extend media coverage of Savills Vietnam brand, ensuring positive sentiment and aligning with PR campaigns• Content writing: draft, review, and edit (1) press releases, statements, articles for regular publishing; and (2) social media contents for organic posting and adverts• Digital marketing: supervise Savills social media platforms including organic posting and adverts; review and supervise google adwords campaigns • Other marketing activities: take lead of campaigns, develop and/or review marketing plans for Savills brand, its services and the projects where Savills is an agent, allocate tasks, supervise and report performance• Marketing analysis: measure, analyse, and report marketing campaign performance

Engage in various financial consultancy projects with leading banks in Vietnam as a core team member and a project management assistant• Develop proposals• Study clients’ policies, processes and procedures based on documents, conduct direct interviews with key personnel; research and study international best practices• Write reports on gap analysis and recommendations, including a plan and timeline for the clients to close the gap• Prepare weekly progress reports and communicate with Project Managers

• Teach English following active learning method; • Organise occasional internal and external events and manage the English-speaking club
