-Establish department training system-Collect training needs and design training programs and materials-Responsible for new employees’ orientation and compliance training-Deliver SOP, brand products training, selling skills and store management training to internal sales team and deliver management course to HQ team-Establish training records and track OJT executive condition-Build internal trainers team, including TTT course delivery and incentive system establishment-Deliver brand products training, selling skills and store management training to external clients-Track sales data and make weekly & monthly report-Assist in cycle meeting organization

-Assist in annual training plan and budget making-Build learning map according to different training targets-Collect training needs and design training programs and materials-Shift the external training course into internal one. -Train and manage internal trainer team, including TTT course delivery/check-up and incentive system establishment-Be the trainer of part courses-Other jobs assigned by the GM, including staff activity organization
