Involve in new product sensory and keeping quality evaluation in order to maintain highest level of quality.6. Conduct R&D on new raw materials selection purposed at both lab-scale and production.7. Conduct production trial of new/alternative/substitute raw materials and processes in collaboration of operation team.8. Monitor the production process and support troubleshooting in production line when needed.9. Efficiently provide solutions in any issues arises in timely manner by executing excellent problem solving skills.10. Prepare and control the formulation standard and machinery setting in production.11. Support team for Food Safety Audit.
