Founded RADR Africa (then radronline.net), a community driven platform for cultivating creative expressions, showcasing African artisty and changing the storytelling of ArtforAfrican creatives by African Creatives.- Oversee and manage the editorial and operational aspects of the publication- Managing creative communities in fashion art and music- Manage a team of editors- Produce written, visual & video content and develop from ideation to execution- Organize and assemble publication aspect of magazine

- Leading the editorial team and helping them enhance the quality of their work by providing guidance and ensuring an open communication environment- Develop and execute the strategies necessary to grow and evolve RADR Africa across all editorial platforms- Oversee business strategy operations involving internal and external brand components such as brand partnerships, activations and events

- Produce engaging digital content and resources for clients in the journalism, entertainment & hospitality industry- Storyboard, self-shoot and edit content to support client campaignsWork with the Head of Digital to identify opportunities and pilot new digital content formats and/or platforms

- Sourcing appropriate images for 100+ travel destinations in Europe - Analysing and managing images of every format, including digital files, transparencies , usage rights etc
