As CEO of ClaimFox, I lead a wonderful team of dedicated individuals. ClaimFox fulfills requests for copies of claim files so that insurance carriers are freed from inefficient processes and labor-intensive tasks, at no cost to them.

Insurers receive requests every day for copies of their claim files. These can be simple request letters, medical authorizations, and subpoenas from claimant attorneys, defense attorneys, adverse carriers, third-party record retrieval companies, workers’ compensation boards, and other sources. ClaimFox securely manages this entire function on their behalf.

I didn't start off knowing I would run my own business but stumbled on joining a family business that had been started by my mother in the basement of our home. She's the real entrepreneurial spirit in the family. Even though I stumbled into it, rather than actively pursued it, I have loved every minute of it!
