- Working with the Product and Development team to guarantee software delivered by each sprint and each integration test meets both functional and nonfunctional requirements- Creating and executing test charters, test scripts, recording outcome of tests, reporting defects, and identifying opportunities for product improvement- Creating and maintaining test environments; setting up the software being tested and configuring test data.- Corporating with product manager and team to ensure user stories have acceptance criteria defined, from which test cases will be derived- Contributing to automation testing- Reporting on work status, reporting risks and issues as they arise on the daily meetings

- Analyzing current and future-state business requirements on the Product backlog and provide recommendations for system configuration. - Working directly with Scrum Master and Product Owner to ensure JIRA tasks are ready for assignment to the development team.- Gathering multi-faceted research on business needs, creating workflow charts.- Testing of new developments according to acceptance criteria in the backlog and writing/performance of test cases (included integration test)- Working closely with Support team members to understand the requirements customer needs and determine sources of technical issues, by way of Salesforce.- Documenting new features or processes about the system by way of Confluence.

I worked on database architectures and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban). In addition, I have basic knowledge of accounting processes thanks to this course.
