Due to the demise of the events industry in 2020, I was forced to close the business I ran for 15 years (FIG Catering & Drinks). I have parlayed my experience into consulting and gig work in the events, food, and beverage industries - helping organizations be more profitable, organized, sustainable, and dynamic. I am an adaptive and active builder whether the business or organization is my own or someone else's. I recognize, inspire, and develop teams while creating systems to get things done. I do not believe in sitting back while others do the work and am eager to "get my hands dirty" in whatever area I decide to pursue next.
