We currently operate in Finance & Banking, Sales & Marketing, Engineering & Operation, Supply Chain, HR & IT function.Major clients: Multinational companies, Fortune 500 across various industries. 1.Assist the client to solve the recruitment problem,and discuss the solution with the client 2.According to the demand ,make a recruitment action plan to client and make the talent map to them 3.Arrange the headhunter consultants to follow the cases4. Search the suitable candidates to recommend the suitable position 5.Arrange the candidate interview , follow up the offer and onbroad 6.Send the report to client weekly,and have the conference call if it is nesscersary7.Business development,find out the protential clients in the market,and send the proposal to them .8.Pay a visit to the protential client , present the solution and discuss the recruitment problem with HR and line manager 9.According to the cooperation ,send the contract and negotiate the items each other to make sure the cooperation10.Maintenance and further development on the current business with key accounts 11.Team management
