Department: Shared Service Center (SSC)- Processing Shipping Instructions (SI) to creat a Bill of Lading (B/L) to United Kingdom and Belgium; - Amendment to the Bill of Lading;- Auditing the Bills of Lading inputted with the purpose of verifying if they are in compliance with the rules of the Discharge Port;- Maintenance and control of processes, through KPI and measurements relevant to the job activity.

Department: Customs Compliance- Additions, exclusions and alterations of the manifests in the Brazilian Customs System (Siscomex Carga/Mercante);- Compliance with requirements and additions of Material Safety Data Sheet in the Porto Sem Papel (PSP) system; - Manifest submission under EDI File and manually to the Brazilian Customs System (Siscomex Carga/Mercante);- Annotation of the Unique Export Declaration (DU-E) in the Brazilian National Single Window;- Support to production team in Chennai - India (Shared Services Center) regarding internal and external customers informations;- Maintenance and control of processes, through KPI and measurements relevant to the job activity, in order to management reports.Department: Multimodal- Document analysis for multimodal transport;- Processing Transport Orders (T/O) through internal system;- Maintenance of Transport Orders (T/O) spreadsheets updated with operational information.Department: Export Fruit Desk- Processing Shipping Instructions (SI) with the internal system for later typing by the production team located in India (Shared Services Center);- Adjustments and corrections of documents in the Brazilian Customs System (Siscomex Carga/Mercante);- Follow up of post shipment processes;- Support to the production team with internal customers informations;- Contact with international partner agencies.

Department: Export Documentation - Preparation of post-shipment documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Halal Certificate, Arabic Certificate of Origin, Form-A, among others); - Shipment monitoring at terminal site; - Analysis of export documents; - Sending documents to the bank in Brazil and abroad; - Withdrawal of documents from government agencies, terminals and forwarder agents; - Follow up of post shipment processes.
