About Fiona Hinds
I am a commercial litigator specialising in civil fraud claims and investigations and sports disputes. My background was in litigating complex structured products at Linklaters, as well as managing the litigation which often a major crisis or external investigation for a client. I left the magic circle to look for a different relationship with more agile, independent clients. I now advise on high value, complex, often cross-border claims, usually involving allegations of fraud or misconduct. I also specialise in sports disputes, having acted for elite athletes and sports business owners for many years, and in legal crisis management in sport. I have advised on some of the highest profile sports investigations and reviews in recent years. At the moment, our children are small and I am spending time with them while they still think I am great. The law will still be here in some shape or form once they are a bit bigger.
