During my work, I participated in an internship conducted by the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia. This program is hybrid, so I can keep working. I am responsible for evaluating the profitability and potential of small and medium-sized enterprises registered with the National Bank of Indonesia (BNI) to determine their overall health and growth potential. Based on his assessments, the SME Assessor develops recommendations to improve the efficiency, profitability and sustainability of SMEs. In this role, I drive innovation by building a framework evaluation system to identify the best SMEs and support them in exporting their products.

Continuing the work journey at Amazon Logistics, I got a chance to work in the biggest Amazon Sortation Center in Europe. At this logistics facility, the main responsibility was to control and assist the product's flow which distributes up to one million products per week. I handled around six distribution channels and gave the worker personalized advice, built reports, and provided quick responses to their inquiries.

After working at a manufacturing laboratory, I continue the journey at one of the e-commerce logistics facility company named Amazon Logistics as a Warehouse Assistant. I controlled, assisted, and supervised the product flows with around 100 workers which can distributes up to 120,000 products per day. I worked closely with a sortation worker within the company to communicate about the daily KPI and gave the best practice to do the most effective sorting performance.

I'm working as a laboratory assistant coordinator at one of the laboratory in Telkom University, Indonesianamed Manufacturing Process Laboratory. Together with the team, I do the preparation for every day'slaboratory practicum, starting from arranging the study materials, checking the quality of each module, and guiding the performance while doing the practicum. I also do day to day tasks to control and manage the laboratory assistants. Besides laboratory practicum, manufacturing laboratory is expanding to research and develop the manufacturing process and I'm in charge of designing the product from CAD, CAM, and produced the real product using CNC Machine.
