Current* Lead Project and Product Management for Digital Health Care of Bio Farma Group as a Strategic Business Unit of BUMN Pharmaceutical Holding.* Focus on B2B Product Solution Delivery and Transformation of Digital Service Ecosystem & Enterprise IT. * Manage Projects and Products based on the 6D Method starting from the Discovery phase including Project Request, Project Charter, etc., as deliverables up to the Deliver phase which produces BAST and several other deliverables documents. * Develop a Hybrid Model for Operational Management by combining the Squad Concept with the Single Point of Contact approach.* Manage and Optimize the use of 2 new support tools for Day-to-Day Operational Management. * Align the Squad’s Goals by defining clear and measurable OKRs to track progress and ensure focus on key priorities.* Create a Feasibility Study for the Development of New Technology for Products which potentially increase Operational Effectiveness and significant Opex Budget Efficiency.* Initiate and Design a Product Roadmap for Medbiz Application within a 5 year framework adapted to the latest initiatives from the Bio Farma Group.* Provide Management Support for Security Operation Center, Web Application Firewall, and Plant Steam Monitoring.* Carry out Monitoring and Procurement related to routine needs for Products such as Procurement and Renewal of Licenses as well as managing External Maintenance Support. * Coordinate with Internal Stakeholders and maintain good communication with all External Parties.
