• Assist condition monitoring engineers of production equipment using vibration analysis, Oil analysis, NDT, Infrared thermograph in the field and liaise with industrial automation, operation and maintenance teams to improve reliability, availability, and production in PT Freeport Indonesia.• Contributed to the RCM team project on vibration measurement using the AMS 6500 online system for the underground ventilation main fan and its integrated into PI Vision.• Studying the engineering process, material preparation, testing and installation, monitoring, and evaluation of critical equipment and parts.• Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning activities on the newly installed Underground GBC ventilation main fan and gather vibration data from the main fan drive motor.• Troubleshooting and diagnosing existing production equipment.• Studying industrial automation and network control on PLC, DCS, and HMI systems.• Install vibration accelerometer sensors on drive motors and conveyor pulleys in Mill concentrating plan.• Calibrate the vibration accelerometer sensor using a vibration calibrator to determine whether the sensor is still functioning properly.• Configure the AMS 6500 Online system in the Underground DMLZ ventilation main fan in collaboration with the Industrial Automation department. • Set up inventory control of the RCM consumable material including collect data, calculate stock quantities, cataloging, and generate stock report.

Three Modules applied = Reactor Operation, Neutron Flux Measurement and NAA, and Radioisotope Production.

• Digital Radiography.• Create and implement a proximity sensor-based gate open and close automation system and a Python-based temperature, distance and face sensor automation system.• Apply a proximity sensor and camera to improve QA/QC system.
