Hello. I am the Co-Owner and VP of 3 Step Recruitment Inc.I believe that every role throughout my life is what led me to where I am now. Being a Business Developer/Recruiter to me is not just a job. It's my passion. Building a successful company where we offer flexible schedules, inspire entrepreneurs, welcome diversity, teamwork and always the open door policy. We also believe in giving back. We run the Lupus Gala in October. The backpack for homeless in December and support over 10 shelters yearly. Many photos and information on our website.
