I devoted 20 years to teaching the English language to young children while spending my free time mostly in the kitchen and the garden, reviving my grandma’s crafts, baking, crafting, making healthy goods, and raising two children! Over the years, my knowledge, experience, and passion evolved and took on a new focus. I quit my job and founded FISIKA, the 1st soap factory in Crete, formulating truly natural and safe products, with a mission to make healthy skin in sustainable ways a priority. Endlessly thirsty for knowledge, I keep pursuing additional training in plant medicine and Agriculture, while also doing voluntary work in local Environment & Animal Welfare groups.FISIKA is the Greek equivalent for “NATURAL”. Nature amply provides all necessary for health and wellbeing and the wisdom of its ways was the sole inspiration behind our products.Our FISIKA soaps are handmade using organic Cretan Olive Oil, herbs and essential oils. We use the cold-press method during our production process, to ensure they deliver all their distinctive properties whole and intact onto skin in order to boost its natural defences, while thoroughly cleansing and conditioning the epidermis.
