Managing guest queries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, organised food and beverage for hotel events, meetings, and conferences, responsible for breakfast, lunch and dinner service.• Managing Food and Beverage services for hotel guests. Founded and ran a small transportation services business for tourists visiting Croatia. Managed all aspects of supply management operations including procurement and budget control. Developed, implemented, and itineraries when needed. Processed damage reports for the fleet of the company's cars and processed repair authorization.+ Established partnerships with local tourist info centers and agencies, scoring over 100 clients in 4 months.
