According to the definition of Boyatzis, which is now considered to be classic, competences may be understood as a natural potential developed under the conditions set by the organization. Thus, the passive-active character of this disposition is revealed here, in contrast to the fully acquired character of "qualification". Renata Włochy, in whose lectures I had the great pleasure to participate, states that in the next two decades 54% of the EU labor market is threatened with automatization. By combining this information, I decided to recognize my digital potential and improve my competences, while developing soft skills. I am interested in the broadly understood digital area: marketing, advertising, sales as well as business organization and leadership. At the same time, I would like to develop my interest in the broadly understood humanities, and more specifically, to explore the touchpoints between natural and social sciences and philosophy.
