About Filip Gregor

I focus on corporate sustainability reporting, governance and due diligence, leading Frank Bold's impact and implementation work. Frank Bold, an innovative purpose-driven firm combining non-profit and business approaches. I participate in the work of the EFRAG on the European sustainability reporting standards, as a member of its Sustainability Reporting Board nominated by civil society. With my team, I have established the Alliance for Corporate Transparency, a platform providing critical assessment of corporate sustainability reporting practice. Through the Purpose of the Corporation Project, I helped to drive the debate on sustainable corporate governance. As a board member of the European Coalition for Corporate Justice, I support the development of EU policy on sustainability due diligence and business and human rights.

    Since 2007, I have represented Frank Bold in the Steering Group of the European Coalition forCorporate Justice. In this role I have provided legal advice to the coalition and to its members operating in the EU Member States, helped to craft the coalition's contributions to the policy process, and developed several global research projects. Formally I serve as a Chair of the coalition. I have been involved in the recent discussions on setting a framework for disclosure of non-financial information by companies as a member of the European Commission's Expert Group on non-financial reporting.

The foundation was set up as part of an agreement to mitigate social and environmental impacts resulting from Hyundai's investment in an agricultural part of this region.
