- responsibility for specific European projects of the Department of Informatics as PM - leading its operational, financial and personnel aspects- representation of the Czech Republic during negotiations with the EU, stakeholders, suppliers etc. in the following projects: -- Business Register Information System (BRIS) -- Insolvency Registers interconnection (IRI) -- Electronic Evidence (e-Evidence) -- Videoconference in justice -- e-ISIR - preparation of tender documentation - an estimated value of 200 million – the largest project at the Ministry of Justice for the IT department. The goal was the creation of a new information system for insolvency proceedings and a Centre of Justice for common components, which will be used by the all-new information systems that will be developed in the future.

- coordination of 29 allowance organizations (AO) on behalf of the project Digitisation of cultural heritage for (MC)- analysis of current conditions and requirements of (AO) considering capacity and financial options- mapping digitisation processes abroad, preparation of agenda for national coordination center- communication with British Library (ICT department) regarding the digitisation process, cooperation with the Smithsonian Institute (SI) regarding the transfer of knowledge and experience gained during the digitisation of the collection of the institute – the transfer was used as a primal base for work of the national coordination centre
