As Technical Lead, I supervised international cross-functional VFX team. I was in charge of hosting strategy meetings, offering insights to improve project efficiency, monitoring team performance and reporting on metrics. I aimed to create engaging and inspiring team environment with open communication culture.I also led long-term IT Project for our business partner Snowflake Studio from Canada. My team of IT developers was responsible for designing and executing IT solution for integrating our internal VFX pipeline architectures to ensure that the production of visual effects runs smoothly and effectively. I was also identifying repetitive and time-consuming processes that could be automated and integrated as tools into production software.

As VFX Supervisor, I led teams of talented VFX artists on a Disney project Jungle Cruise 2 and coordinated all project activities to meet industry best practices. I utilized project management with ftrack Studio to assign tasks, track project progress, and visualize key production data to make business-critical decisions quickly.I initiated the adoption of agile development practices in the organization and promoted Scrum values to form collaborative and productive work environment.I also supervised long-term internal IT project that aimed to create centralized database system of all assets used in the VFX production to enable transparent handoffs, versioning, monitoring, automation and future reuse of the assets. I was responsible for communicating project requirements and conducting acceptance and performance testing.

As Senior 3D Developer, I was integrating all upstream elements of 3D scenes while creating materials and lighting to correspond with a live-action plate or CG environment of Hollywood movies, TV series and game cinematics.I worked closely with compositors and stakeholders to ensure continuity across sequences and customer satisfaction.

As 3D Generalist in advertising department, I was responsible for delivering complete product and all 3D processes, such as modelling, rigging, animation, texturing, lighting, and rendering to meet clients requirements.I was working on TV commercials for clients such as Porsche, Skoda, O2, Vodafone, Swiss post and many more.

As 3D artist and member of company’s marketing team, I was creating 3D visualizations of industrial robotic workplaces and various promotional multimedia products about company’s industrial automation journey.
