My interest is to build businesses to understand the world in a better way. I am a co-founder to Digital Tvilling in Sweden and Norway where we provide digital twin platforms to solve complex cross-organizational challenges. My work generally is within the B2B space and I enjoy solving complex challenges involving people, organizations and technology. I have experience in how to lead companies and organizations in significant business and technology change. I have more than a decade’s experience of performing as a consultant within large organisations. I worked close to a decade at IBM within Global Business Services and four years as a management consultant and manager within PA Consulting Group. I’ve performed in a variety of roles from hands-on technical positions as a developer and architect to business leadership positions as project and program manager. In parallel to this I have been a line manager, including responsibilities for managing managers. In the past years my focus and interest has been in the public, travel & transportation, retail, and the industrial sectors. In those sectors I’ve worked in projects involving subject matters such as leadership, digitalization, commercial development, operating models, IT delivery, organizational design and change, architecture, program/portfolio management.
