CPGA is a Research Center in Applied Geophysics dedicated to the application of geophysical solutions to various industry and people's daily lives problems. CPGA is under the leadership of Professor Marco Antonio Braga.We use geophysical methods in solving problems such as monitoring of tailing dams, detection and monitoring of caves and cavities, geophysical mapping in mining fronts and mineral exploration.Our team is formed of university students and very experienced professionals, in addition to technological partnerships with brazilian and international companies.

Management of airborne operations providing equipment and human resources for the execution of the contracted services, including: planning of all phases of airborne geophysical survey projects; cost monitoring; supervision of airborne field data acquisition operations, and interface with customers. Responsible for providing operational information and technical specifications for the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, documentation for the Ministry of Defense, training of professionals and dissemination of technical aspects for the whole company.• Led several airborne geophysical projects for O&G and mining companies in Brazil and abroad, establishing excellent relationships with clients.• Directed a large airborne geophysics project in Colombia involving several companies; elaborated and taught a workshop to familiarize clients and inspectors with the methodology of execution of airborne geophysical projects.

Responsible for the quality control and pre-processing of the company's acquired magnetic, gravity and gamma-ray spectrometric airborne geophysical data, including flight planning, project progress monitoring and support to field operations. Responsible for the processing and control of calibrations of geophysical equipment and for the implementation and support of geophysical processing software.• Through studies and participation in several projects, became a Subject Matter Specialist within the company in the gravimetric geophysical method.• Implemented a change in the traditional form of acquisition and airborne geophysical data, transferring the pre-processing / QC from the field to the head office, which involved management of clients’ expectations and their approval of the change.• Successfully conducted several processing projects both in the field and at the head office; prepared and provided multiple trainings for the company's technical staff, also making presentations at the Annual Safety and Quality workshop.• Conducted internal audits of the Quality Management System (QMS).
