I’m a passionate polymath on a lifelong quest to understand human development, shaped by my own non-linear journey. My first wellbeing challenge at age seven revealed the importance of living a meaningful life and the need for environments where play, creativity, and connection are prioritized.Born on International Children’s Day, I've decided to bring a child-like approach to every aspect of life I encounter, helping me navigate the complex challenges of the 21st century.This commitment led me to an experimental and diverse career path spanning law, marketing, sales, and management. Ultimately, I found my true calling in HR, serving as a director and Chief People Officer for several tech startups, including Miniclip, Uniplaces, and Vision-Box (an Amadeus company).My focus has always been on creating cohesive, human-centered organizations that provide employees with purpose and meaning. I firmly believe that the quality of a company’s leaders directly impacts its success, motivating me to nurture the human abilities that help companies thrive.In 2017, inspired by the birth of my first child, I founded Newmanity School, a sustainable leadership school dedicated to empowering today’s and tomorrow’s leaders.At Newmanity, I was able to democratize the tools I’ve gathered throughout my journey.
