As Operations Manager, I was responsible for the control and management of all operations regarding the services for clients (Scouting, Intelligence, Communications & Community).At this moment I was responsible for the full execution of the Communications process as well as the Community Management. The departments of Scouting and Intelligence were being executed with my fellow colleagues with my supervision.

More then the Scouting part that I did the last year, I also took care of most of the Community & Communicaion 'department' at Upper Side. In charge of the daily/weekly/monthly communication in the communication channels of the company (LinkedIn, website & blog). Here it's shared all the events and important communications that go on within Upper Side. Also took part on the organization and logistic of the events and communication tools.

As a Scouting Officer, my primary goal was to provide a better costumer service to our clients, helping them to find new and accurate opportunities for their current positions. A part of my job was also to keep the spirit of community with our group of clients so that the relation between Upper Side and its clients doesn't get lost.
