Filip Arsov is an entrepreneur with a keen eye for identifying market gaps and creating solutions that solve real-world problems. He is a General Manager and Co-Founder of Synapse Aviation LLC, a tech company focused on the development of innovative products for the aviation industry. Over the course of his career he has been managing and was creatively involved in numerous projects from different digital fields such as web design & programming, software development, game development, mobile app development, social media marketing, 3D visualization and animation etc. His interest and focus areas are entrepreneurial and management development, self development, aviation, and digital products.His entrepreneurial spirit drives him to constantly explore new ideas and push the boundaries of what is possible. He was also a winner at the Leader Project 2017 in Macedonia organized by The Ivey School of Business.For his entrepreneurial and managing skills and results he won an important award in 2011: Macedonia's Entrepreneur of the Year 2010 in category of micro companies from Macedonia.He is a member of the Founders Club of the Macedonia's Startup Community and a member of CEED(Center for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development) center as a club member, mentor and guest lecturer on the topics of Entrepreneurial Leadership, Business Development etc.
