The Club’s badge comes first. Currently as Managing Director of the Foundation Phase Youth Football Teams Campus at Sporting Clube de Portugal - one of the most prestigious Football Academies in the World - coordinating the daily operations of our programme and act as part of the Academy Multidisciplinary Coordination Team. Over the years I held a number of roles at the Club, that gave me innumerous experiences working in sports management. I am driven to results with the ability to manage people and resources for full effectiveness, adapt and problem-solving attitude. During this time, I have developed an analytic understanding of the sports industry, having massive respect for the dedication, passion and flexibility needed to succeed and still continuing being driven by the need to improve and progress.Throughout my career I have developed skills in operational management and player/family assessment within sports environment, embracing the Club’s identity with work ethic in a fast paced industry.
