We bring new payment methods (such as Pix), new financial products (such as Shop with Points - Livelo) and ensure regulatory compliance with Brazilian Central Bank demands, impacting millions of Amazon.com.br customers.- Duplicated Tickets Improvement Design: Built a strategy for alarm aggregation that provides a balance between not getting multiple tickets due to a single event, while also not masking multiple high-severity root causes deduplicated into the same ticket. It is extensible, modular and provides loose coupling between involved teams, allowing them to operate independently.- Phone Screen Interview Standardization: As an interviewer, wrote a document to standardize the Phone Screen interview format across Digital and Emerging Markets (DEP) organization and fill the gaps that the company's general guidelines don't cover.- Partner Integration: Designed and implemented a Groovy SPI (with unit tests written in Kotlin) for calling an external partner API. Also negotiated with external partner the contract definitions for two file-based use cases.- Accessibility Initiative: Led an assessment to make Payments CX compliant with the World Wide Web (W3C) accessibility standards. Team delivered fixes in headings, radio buttons and checkboxes of JSP pages in the Refund flow.- Livelo Accounting: Contributed with Java code changes to existing routing rules, to correctly book Livelo points transactions in internal ledger. Livelo is the first rewards partnership in Amazon.com.br.- Pix E-mail Notifications: Refactored code in Order Cancellation and Refund Request e-mail templates by replacing hard-coded strings for string references, which enabled those e-mails to be sent in different languages.
