Management, Accounting and Finance

• Establishment of the initial structure and company's incorporation to compete with different Spanish players in order to obtain licenses for exploration and research of unconventional gas.• Reporting directly to V.P. Finance (USA) and the General Manager in Spain had the responsibility of the financial management and accounting of the company, P & L, balance, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, bank management and institutional relations.• Control of the investments, budgets and cash requirements.• Responsible for the general and analytical accounts of the Company in Spain and cooperation with the external auditors on the financial and accounting audits.

• As a Board Member and Chief Financial Officer he designed and implemented a Special Revitalization Plan - PER, with the respective restructuring of the company's liabilities, renegotiation of bank liabilities and loans obtained,redefinition of a new cost structure, equity recomposition and debt restructuring ensuring the company viability.

• Management of the Administrative and Financial Department of the company, responsible for bank management, treasury, oversight fiscal accounts, closing accounts, Balances, P&L, financial statements, control and management of the financing sources, supervision and monitoring of different investments.

• Reporting directly to the Administration, he served as accounting officer and led the administrative and financial department of the company, taxation, Investment control, budget analysis, bank management and funding sources.

• Reporting directly to the management board of an Construction Group Companies and Real State it was responsible for the accounting department, cash control, payroll processing, consolidation and closing accounts,Balances, P&L, reporting, banks management and cost accounting.

• Professional internship performing the following tasks: billing control, contract management and litigation processes,consolidation and accounts analysis, commercial management and treasury.
