I can...- Tailor my communication to developers, designers, business stakeholders and senior executives- Design, architect and code complex systems which allows me to challenge and support developers & designers- Enable teams by ensuring prioritization, specifications, quality controls, incentive structures and goals are aligned with team and business needs- Understand what is necessary to make a business tick. Be it strategy, organization, KPIs, sales, hiring, accounting, payments or writing contracts.Some career/studies highlights:- Studied computer science at Linköping University. Ended up top of my class (out of 90) and did a one year exchange at Stanford- Got a job at McKinsey which, at the time, was very unusual for someone with my background. Learned a ton about communication and structuring complex problems- Founded Yepstr which today helps thousands of young people to get their first jobs. Expecting revenues to exceed 70 mSEK in 2023.- Founded Inex which helps investment professionals access expertise. Currently we have customers all over the world, employees on three continents and expect revenues to exceed 60 mSEK in 2023.In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, running, hiking, ski touring, cooking and the occasional programming project.
