As a project manager I was responsible for managing various SW development projects for specific clients. Some projects were internal CRM systems for various clients across the world, others were beginning slovak startups.My main responsibilities included:- management and coordination of development teams- communication with clients, managing client expectations- project planning and handling of budgets- visual and UX design (on some projects I was responsible for full on other partial design activities)- business development and active communication with clients and potential partners- other ad-hoc activities based on my experience (HR, sales, marketing).

As an HR consultant my duties consisted mainly of:- participation on various HR related projects (labour availability, job gradings, HR audits, ...),- sales and consulting activities for clients (mainly Manufacturing and IT industries)- active participation on annual salary benchmarking study PayWell (sales, marketing, salary and employee benefits analyses, ...)- responsibility for the entire benchmarking study HR Controlling (sales, data analyses, creating of final outputs and all administrative tasks)- responsibility for several smaller HR studies (eg. HR Pulse)- being the dedicated person for all marketing activities within the department (this included creating various leaflets, brochures, survey outputs as well as organising of many events).

I worked in Permanent placement team and as a Consultant I was responsible for:- business development and account management - approaching new potential clients,- providing experienced viewpoint on clients expectations and demands,- recruitment - advertising of job vacancies, netwotking via social media,- checking for referencies, screening, interviewing and briefing of candidates,- acting as a counselor and career advisor.

I was working in a diverse team which was responsible for recruitment processes in more than twenty emerging countries such as UAE, Israel, Qatar, South Africa, Turkey and many others.Main responsibilities:- supporting of recruiters,- research of potential candidates for job vacancies (via internal databases, job boards and Linkedin),- phone screenings and interviews,- administrative tasks related to recruitment and various ad-hoc tasks.

In Manpower I started as an intern for 3 months discovering the responsibilities of recruiters/consultants in three major recruitment teams (permanent placement, temporary placement, outsourced IT recruitment). After the internship I was offered a position of Receptionist for few months and later a position of HR Assistant in Temporary placement. Main duties:- screening of candidates, interviews,- marketing activities (creating marketing leaflets, flyers, job board web pages),- various administrative and ad-hoc tasks.
