About Filippa Araki (Communication And Gift Discovery)

My core gift & passion is helping others to courageously be themselves and to co-create a world in which everyone's needs matter. I support people to feel connected to themselves and others, to know where they stand in their values and what matters to them, and to clearly communicate this to others. I use tools and insights that I have gathered over decades of personal exploration and training including Compassionate Communication, Compassion Focused Therapy and Core Gifts Facilitation. I have gained personal experience of the radical difference that conscious communication skills make in relating to self, others and the environment. I’m a mother of two, an educator with over 30 years' experience teaching all ages, groups and cultures, and an internationally certified trainer in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) with cnvc.org. I love to support others on their journeys towards living more lightly on the Earth in connected and sustainable communities.
