From Jan 01st I’m in charge as CEO of SHADO Forwarding Srl with the main goal to make company business stronger and bigger by growing our core business and expanding/diversifying our portfolio

Here I’m in charge of sales and operative department being key account for major and most important company clients. My daily duties are making offers and rates, balancing quality services along with competitive prices, for all kind of transportation:> Sea (FCL and LCL too)> Air> Road.Clients’consulting regarding methods of shipment, custom international rules, import/export procedures, international payment agreements and international practices are also common topics of my working day. Dealing with foreign freight forwarding agents is the most important prerogative of my job and from 2009 I’m personally following the creation of brand-new agents’ network based in South America and Central America.From 2010 I'm directly following Morocco market and in 2011 I've opened this new routr developing a regular traffic of sea FCL container

Here I was in charge of travel group department following sales and organization and working as an international tour operator with our own travel book (TO full responsibility).My main duties were:> drawing offers tailored to the customer’s requirements;> programming tours in Italy and abroad;> organising “ad hoc” travels and leisure itineraries;> continuous research of new solutions and tourism accommodations ;> maintaining relationships with the worldwide agents > offering full and well timed assistance to clients> full responsibility for school tourism
