Accolto con grande piacere in un contesto nuovo per le mie conoscenze, ho iniziato sin da subito a dedicarmi alle richieste più` semplici da parte dei clienti per poi assistere i miei colleghi nelle vendite più` complesse. Ogni giorno e ́ un'occasione per imparare nuove skills e nuove informazioni.

Nel breve periodo trascorso sono riuscito ad instaurare un forte legame sia con i colleghi che con i clienti, abituali e passeggeri, diventando anche il punto di riferimento per molti di essi, locali e stranieri. Responsabile del servizio ai tavoli ed occasionalmente al bar.

Responsible for any task within the coffeebar: loading and unloading of goods, opening and closing of cash registers, online orders, direct contact with suppliers, timetables, guarantor of the quality of the coffee and the service.

Beginning the pre-opening on January 2019. On February I started working as a waiter all round and since April I was barista in the Deli where from July 2019 I became the floor supervisor taking care of the staff, administration tasks and guest service, and then from July 2020 I became senior supervisor, expanding my responsibilities.

Since I came to Amsterdam I started working in a bar at Rembrandtplein, first as a waiter, taking care of service at the table, and later as barman, making barista style coffees, hot drinks, milkshakes, etc. plus the refilling and management of products in stock and fridges.

My tasks included costumer assistance providing technical information and giving advices for mountain sportswear, clothes, shoes and accessories, cashier, tax free shopping and merchandise return specialist, warehouse manager, reorder and shop cleaning, showcase set up.

With following main activities: first in mountain sports department (ski, snowboard, trekking, alpinism and camping) then in other sports dpt. (Football, volley, basketball, rugby and baseball) and nature dpt. (Riding, hunting, fishing, etc.), cashier, tax free shopping and merchandise return specialist, warehouse manager for arrivals, reorder and shop cleaning.
