For 13 years I have been dedicating my working career to the manufacturing process in Automotive and Luxury business; I have acquired specific knowledge of Production and Quality management, Lean System, process technical development, working with multinationals on Italian territory.I have always set my work choices in order to better understand all aspects of the manufacturing process and to develop the ability to understand the entire Operation area in very different business contexts, working in companies of different sectors, both manor-owned and international managed.I have developed a good ability to identify solutions in order to maximize the productivity of a manufacturing system; I worked directly in contact with head of operations departments, often managing relationships with customers and union representatives and developing a good ability to manage complex teams with strong technical skills and diverse levels of experience.Thanks to studies of Mechanical Engineering in Polytechnic of Turin and many foreign production sites support experiences, I have developed excellent English language knowledge.
