My first professional experience started in 1997 in the GBF GT1 Lotus Benetton team with Luca Badoer driver.From 1998 to 2002 I'm in Ducati Corse for the World Superbike championship.March 2002, my beginning in ITT friction, company leader producer of friction material for automotive, responsible for the car test for the PSA (Peugeot-Citroen).From 2005 in the same company I moved to project management dept. for PSA group, April 2009 I'm technical responsible for FIAT/IVECO group.2009 to 2011 south Europe market responsible.2012 to 2015 moved to China as China technical leader.July 2015 moved to MAT group, a multinational company (automotive division) as application engineering manager for PSA-FCA & US market.Specialties: our company is very focused on the growth of their employees and they organize continuous training like the grreen belt that I've got in 2004 or the negotiation training.April 2017, decided to get new Challenge opening the FiM automotive to promote and support companies that want to make business in Italy either across the world due to the net we build in the past twenty years.
